Description

Beginners and more experienced students alike will increase their skill and enjoyment of this exciting medium. Students will learn basic techniques such as wet-on-wet, glazing, masking, lifting, and controlling edges. We’ll learn when and where to use these methods to create beautiful artworks as students develop their own personal style. Drawing will also be emphasized, providing a strong foundation for each painting.

Materials Needed: Watercolor Paper (any size preferred, 140lb cold press, 100% cotton rag), tube watercolors (student grade is acceptable). Other materials will be discussed during first class.
