DO NOT PUBLISH Theatre Camp: 2 weeks [Ages 8-14]

Go deep into exploring story structure, characterization, conflict, and resolution while also engaging in fun acting exercises. This camp is all about the creative process, so parents won’t be asked to do any additional work. Just show up to clap for the final performance! The final performance will be on the last day of camp, August 14 at 2 pm. Please register only if you can make the final performance.
 

About the Teaching Artist:

Steven Smith has been teaching acting and improvisation to young performers since the 90’s starting with his own theatre camp at the ripe age of 19. He has a BA in Theatre from James Madison University and studied at both the Upright Citizens Brigade and People’s Improv Theatre in Manhattan. He has taught at-risk youth in after school programs in Los Angeles as well as weekly improvisation clubs in Princeton and Lawrenceville. Steven has performed locally at the Kesley Theater and has done extensive work in broadcast and streaming video production.

Camp fees:
Household Members and higher: $720 | Non Members: $800

Extended-Day Options & Fees: Membership Discount Does Not Apply.
Morning extended-day: 7:30am-9:00am, $50 per week | $10 per day
Afternoon extended-day: 3:00pm-6:00pm, $75 per week | $15 per day
