Thursday: Creative Drama & Theatrical Improvisation [Ages 8-10]

Using their natural world of play, children will be have the experience of creating something out of nothing – guided to imagine, enact, and reflect on experiences real and imagined. Using theater games developed for improvisational theater, actor training and the techniques of creative drama, children will explore and create. The result will be bringing the world of their imaginations to life as they work together in community. The focus will be on communication and the experience of the children both as individuals and collectively. Great for children to develop confidence presenting themselves and social/emotional learning.
