Monday: Fun Science [Ages 9-11]

Science comes to life in this fun class! We’ll inspire and bring out children's excitement for science, to think freely and to not being afraid of making mistakes. With the support of the instructor, children will postulate theories and design experiments to prove them, drawing conclusions like "real scientists." Learning will take place in the context of real investigations through inquiry and reasoning. In this class, students will work with objects that can be found at home or in nature. While most of the program will be indoors, we may need to go outside for some experiments. Curiosity, inquisitiveness, learning from errors and persistence are some of the life skills that students will be able to take away from this class and apply it to their lives.
