Summary

The class consists of a series of gentle yoga stretches combined with the breath to increase flexibility, build strength, release tension, and overall health and vitality. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace. The class provides a safe and supportive environment, so students can feel comfortable to begin taking an active role in their own growth and healing. Yoga is also great for better posture and balance, pain relief and weight management.
