"This work was created alongside Priscilla during an art therapy open studio. I was always inspired by her palette of colors and often found myself mirroring her color palette in my work."
Deborah Rice is a licensed art therapist and licensed mental health counselor in New York. Creative expression and creative thought are the foundations from which she works and engages with the world.The process of collaborating with materials and witnessing the transformation is one that sustains change and is a metaphor for something beyond words and control.
