"One summer not so long ago, Priscilla, as part of the Adirondack Mamas and Daughters, spent some days at my family's beach house. She marveled at the colors in the sand, the water, the grasses, the umbrellas, the towels and the chairs. Of course she sketched and painted. It was a wonderful respite for us. I still marvel at it all."
